Who runs this site?

This site is published by Céline Granger, independent photographer (Céline Granger Photographie), based between Vaud and Fribourg, Switzerland. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@celinephoto.ch.

Contact form

The contact form on this site does not send any data to our servers: it opens your own email client directly with a pre-filled message, which you may choose to send or not. Nothing you type there is stored by the site.

Private galleries — password

When you enter a gallery's password, a technical cookie is stored in your browser so you don't have to retype it on every page. This cookie contains no personal data, only an encrypted proof that you already unlocked this gallery. It expires automatically after 30 days.

Private galleries — downloading photos

Before downloading a photo, the whole gallery, or a selection, you're asked for an email address, with your explicit consent (checkbox). We then record:

• your email address;
• a randomly generated device identifier (not a technical fingerprint of your device);
• the date, the gallery concerned, and the type of download (single photo, whole gallery, or a selection);
• the names of the downloaded files;
• standard technical browser information (user-agent).

This information is used only to: (1) recognise you on this device so you're not asked for your email on every download, and (2) let Céline know who downloaded what, for her own client follow-up. A cookie remembers this recognition for 1 year. This data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

Currently, download history is kept for as long as the corresponding gallery exists (there is no automatic deletion after a set period). You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@celinephoto.ch.

Fonts

This site loads the "Cormorant Garamond" and "Inter" fonts from Google Fonts' servers. Loading a font triggers a technical request to those servers, which receive your IP address like any standard web request.

Server technical logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date, page visited) for security and service reliability purposes. These logs are not used for commercial tracking.

No advertising tracking

This site does not use any third-party audience analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) nor any advertising pixel.

Your rights

Under Swiss law (FADP) and, where applicable, the European GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data. To exercise it, contact info@celinephoto.ch.

This policy may be updated if how the site works changes. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
